It does three jobs at once: blocks water, smoke, and tannin stains so they don't bleed through; bonds aggressively to slick or chalky substrates; and seals porous surfaces so your topcoat film forms evenly (no flashing). Sands smooth if you need a perfect finish underneath PRO Semi-Gloss on doors and casework.
