NEO is straightforward exterior-and-interior acrylic — the workhorse you reach for when you need a paint to behave normally without paying premium-tier prices. The film is flexible, so it expands and contracts seasonally without cracking, and the colorants are UV-stable, which matters more than people realize on south-facing walls.
Honest comparison: NEO doesn't have PRO's 35%+ binder loading or the 15-year warranty, and it's not a paint-and-primer like ONE. What it does well is be a solid acrylic at a normal price.
Best uses: previously-painted exterior siding, interior repaints where one-coat isn't critical, fence and trim refresh, garages, sheds, and anywhere you'd rather not over-spec.
Available in 1 and 5 gallon, Flat or Satin. Always prime bare wood, masonry, or metal first — NEO is a topcoat, not a do-it-all.
